Shipping Policy

  • All orders ship from the USA!
  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS
  • You will receive email notifications when your order is placed and tracking information when your order is shipped. Note: You will typically receive tracking information the day before your order is picked up by USPS.

Return Policy

At Ella Renee & Co., our mission is to provide you with excellent quality and customer service. If you do not LOVE your purchase, we will work diligently to make you a happy customer.

Please examine your order as soon as you receive your package. If you find a flaw or received the incorrect size contact customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

  • We issue store credit on returns received within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items can be returned for store credit only, unless the mistake was made on our end.
  • We only accept items that have not been worn or washed.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order.
  • We process returns within 5 days and communicate via email on the process.
  • We do not accept returns for items ON SALE.

Size Exchanges

We will happily exchange your purchase if you need a different size. Exchanges are processed within 5 days from delivery of the returned item. Exchanges are subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code.

Do you need to change your order?

We process your orders quickly so please email us right-away to notify us of the change you would like to make.

Pre-Order/Back Order Shipping & Return Policy

Pre-orders are a fun way for us to communicate with you about fashions you love, like or dislike. Join us on our facebook group “The Club” to chat with us about fashion and accessories, life, love, laundry (lol) and you’ll be the first to know about our give-away events.. You can also view our pre-order selections on our website by visiting our Pre-Order catalog.

  • What is Pre-Order/Back Order? When you see an item listed as back order this means we are gauging how interested our customers are who want this item. Once we receive the MOQ (minimum quantity order amount) we will order the item in bulk (the more we order the more savings we pass along to you)!
  • Pre-Order items are prepaid.
  • If we decide not to order the item, we will contact you immediately to find out if you would like a refund, purchase a different item, or receive store credit for a future purchase.
